It is a natural truffle flavouring, 5% of the recipe. Real truffle would multiply the price.

Are the chips gluten-free?
Yes. The base is lentil flour with potato starch, no grain.

Are the chips fried?
No, they are oven-baked. That is why, at 17g of fat per 100g, they have considerably less than classic potato crisps.

How intense is the flavour?
Noticeably so. Truffle is our most pronounced lentil chip variety. If you prefer something restrained, sea salt is the better choice.
