You can support us with:

• Procurement & Availability – Ensuring timely and demand-driven orders
• Supplier Management – Independent management and optimization of collaboration with suppliers
• Coordination & Control – Collaboration with external service providers, suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics partners
• Claims Management – Structured processing and analysis of deviations
• Inventory Management – Analysis, optimization, and range control of inventory levels
• Process Optimization – Further development and implementation of efficient internal processes
• Seasonal & Promotional Planning – Consideration of campaigns and sales forecasts for optimal product availability
• Demand Planning – Creation of demand plans based on sales data and market analyses

What you bring:

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a commercial education with relevant professional experience
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing
• Good knowledge of Google Drive & MS Excel
• Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
• Structured and precise way of working with a high degree of reliability
• Confident and reliable demeanor in dealing with suppliers and partners
• Fluent German & business fluent English
